An AI company named Wireflow, which operates in generative graphics, responded positively to a satirical ad created by comedians Harris Altman and Dave Ross. The ad featured Wireflow's name and a slogan, and the company's reaction suggests they were not offended by the parody.
“Yeah, one of my favorites is, uh, it's like a light blue background with a picture of two identical pictures of stacks of coins with a double-sided arrow between them. And at the top it says Wireflow and then at the bottom it says, you pay us, we pay you.”
“That was a great one because Wireflow actually turned out to be not satire, right?”
“Well, it's still satire in the sense that, uh, the concept of the company is completely fake. But yes, there is an AI company called Wireflow that is in the comments of the, uh, of the video we posted on Instagram. And they're like a generative graphics company, I think from what I can tell. Um, but yes, they were like, hey, follow us.”
“So they weren't mad?”
“Maybe they were. They didn't act mad, no. Yeah, I don't know.”
