Tim discussed his straightforward approach to international mobile data, relying on his carrier's included international service which provides 5GB of high-speed data and an additional 5GB via an eSIM through GigSky, often provided by credit cards. He noted that this has been sufficient for his needs.
“Uh, yeah, so mine is pretty boring. I get international service through my carrier and it's not a ton, but thus far it's, uh, I've never gone over it between both my wife and I traveling because we each get a, I think it's 5 gigs of high speed on internationally and then 15 in in when we're in Canada and Mexico.”
“Um, but if I were to do something different besides my included service, there is you can get a, uh, what's the free? Free Gig Sky? Gig Sky. Yep. You get the five gigs of, uh, five gigs, right?”
“So there's a and several I think it's Bank America cards, Greg actually probably knows better than I do because he he did an episode on this? But yeah, that's what I would use.”
