Andrew Cheung discusses solutions for 'harvest now, decrypt later' threats, including a 'quantum vault' developed by his company, Zero One Quantum. This quantum-safe, multi-signature vault aims to provide an additional layer of security for digital assets.
“Absolutely. Um, that's exactly what we have, um, done for our partners or customers. Um, I would say one thing that sets us apart from our competitors is that we are not trying to license our technology for other people to do the work.”
“So, um, and then we also created the system called Q vote, which is um, uh, basically a quantum vault. It's like a multi-signature vault.”
“So, um, so that way, you know, even if the, the hacker can break into your, um, your wallet and get hold of your private key, they will have to go through the multi-signature process, which is, you know, involves more than one person's signature to release the asset.”
