Wyndham has launched Homes and Havens, a collection of approximately 800 professionally managed homes primarily in the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe. Sally French discussed that members can earn five Wyndham rewards points per dollar on cash payments, with award nights priced similarly to the Vacasa model starting at 15,000 points per bedroom per night.
“now they have launched Homes and Havens, which is a collection of right now just about 800 professionally managed homes, mostly in the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico and Europe. They do say that they are expanding to add not just more homes, but also cabins and yurts.”
“So as a reminder, for the Homes and Havens program, which is the vacation rental one, you can earn five Wyndham rewards points per dollar if you pay in cash and the nights count toward lead status, which Wyndham calls member levels. The award nights are priced very similarly to that old Vekasa model. So it's 15,000 points per bedroom per night.”
