Chris Hutchins discussed turning a Bilt transfer bonus into Avianca miles to book Swiss Air business class flights for a family of four. By transferring 175,000 Bilt points with a 100% bonus into 350,000 Avianca miles, and later using 320,000 of them for Swiss Air tickets, he achieved a high redemption value.
“I transferred in 175,000 built points with 100% bonus to 350,000 Avianca points... we were sitting on a balance of 330,000 Avianca points, and we could rebook our flight on Swiss Air for 320,000 of them.”
