Barbara Hartsfield explains that she set a Guinness World Record in 2008 for having a collection of 3,000 miniature chairs. The verification process required her to unpack thousands of chairs from storage so witnesses could inspect them physically rather than looking at photo albums.
“The Guinness people set a category for me, a minute to a chair. And I set the record for 3000 chairs in 2008.”
“So I had to get all those chairs out of stores and took my little books and they organized them around the house.”
