“There were a lot of these Delta One seats open. You could have paid to upgrade. They had, I mean, it was 70% empty. So always, always, always check at the check-in counter.”
“And if you haven't gotten a good answer there, go to the gate counter when you're about to board the plane. Usually the check-in counter can help you and they sometimes will have deals.”
