Scott McCartney reported from Southwest's Media Day that the airline plans to install Starlink Wi-Fi across its entire fleet within a year, aiming to have it on most planes halfway through next year and reaching 200 aircraft by the end of the current year.
“Southwest says it'll have its entire fleet equipped with Starlink a year from now. In fact, most of the fleet will offer Starlink halfway through. through next year or so. They've got about 40 planes today. I think the end of the year, they're hoping to have 200 airplanes.”
