Venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz is investing $35 million in the Horowitz Andreessen Academy, a new two-year alternative to traditional college for students aged 16-22. The unaccredited San Francisco-based institution will initially offer a tuition-free one-year program starting in the fall of 2027, with a full two-year program to follow in 2028.
