Tim described his second day in Seoul, South Korea, which included a hike around the Seoul trail mountains offering panoramic views, trying a sweet corn shaved milk ice dessert called 'binju', and a four-course gluten-free and vegetarian progressive dinner at the Gwangjang Night Market.
“I really wanted to go and do some hiking in one of these mountains.”
“I went back to the hotel and used the rest of my hotel credits on two drinks because that's all it took to use the rest of my hotel credits. And had a marvelous last day in Seoul.”
“I then did three extra courses at the night market of Japchai, which is a sweet potato noodle. So it's a gluten-free noodle. And it's also vegetarian because it's made out of sweet potatoes.”
