China is currently leading the global nuclear reactor build-out, accounting for nearly half of all reactors under construction worldwide. Russia also plays a significant role through its extensive export program, financing, constructing, and fueling reactors in various countries. India is emerging as a major player, having signed substantial contracts with Kazatomprom and Cameco and enacting legal changes to encourage foreign investment in its nuclear sector.
