OpenAI has announced its new 'Dots' AI agents, designed to perform tasks for users. These agents are characterized by their cute, customizable blob-like appearance, similar to Meta's Muse and Google's Olla, in an effort to make them more appealing to consumers.
“The biggest news this year was OpenAI's new Dots. Dots are little agents that will go do things for you, but with one big quirk. They're really cute.”
“So OpenAI's dots, it's basically the company's answer to Meta's Muse and Olla. It's the long anticipated continuous running AI agent from OpenAI, the consumer facing one.”
“Similar to Meta's Muse, they're basically cutie little blobs, um, with eyes. And you can customize them however you want.”
