Microsoft has announced 268 layoffs as part of a larger plan to reduce its workforce by 3,200 employees this year. As a result of a reorganization, Halo development will be moved under Activision, while Obsidian will be integrated with Bethesda to focus on the Fallout games. Even casual games like Minesweeper and Solitaire are being moved to Candy Crush developer King.
