“Well, the export ban is something that I think is very much on the table, and that could work for 30 days over the very short term.”
“And then you're going to hit the refinery compressions, all of these other issues, which will just be another distortion that's not going to solve this issue.”
“So I don't think it is policy that really makes much sense here, but it's certainly on the table now.”
