Anthropic has established a new entity, Sounder LLC, aimed at serving the common good and insulating its leaders from market forces, according to its IPO filing. CEO Dario Amodei and six co-founders will initially comprise the LLC, which will hold a majority voting power through a special class of stock. This structure allows Anthropic to balance investor interests with its mission to benefit humanity through responsible AI.
